In 2007, probably at GenCon in Indianapolis, Firestorm Ink under license from R.Talsorian Games will release the first of two source books that will fill the evolutionary gap between 2022 and the end of the 4th Corporate War, and the commencement of 203X, or Cyberpunk V.3. The first of these two releases is at present tentatively called Firestorm: Aftershock, and will to some degree be the third Firestorm book that was originally promised on page 3 of Firstorm: Shockwave back in 1997.

The aim of this book is to create a smooth transitional timeline and history of events that will take the GM and the player from the post-apocalyptic aftermath of the 4th Corporate War to the hope of the new beginning with Cyberpunk V.3. It will cover not only the formative years of the new AltCults, but include story hooks and adventures concerning them and the many spin-off groups whose political and ideological beliefs differed, forcing cultural and societal fractures that were responsible for the creation of a more feudal society.

These pages will provide an insight into the development of the book, including new material, raw ideas, developmental discussions, art work, expanded descriptions, as well as additional material related to the core themes that wont make it in to the final product. It is also hoped that in time scenario information and additional "fan" related material will be included to build a corpus of the Cyberpunk Interregnum using the two books as the core. The headings to the left provide links to the new material.
